I'm poor so I can't afford Shit Ramen all the time, I mostly eat Maruchan. Here's what I do

I fry 2 sunny side up eggs, brown about 1/3rd of spam until its crispy, caramelize some about half an onion diced. I also add some lime juice, doesn't need to be fresh. Season as you will.

I boil the ramen, add the seasoning pack to the ramen and then put that in a large bowl. Add the onions and mix them in. Then put the fried eggs on top and sprinkle the spam on top.

Delicious.

Yes. But the true patrician knows that the best of Shin Ramyun was the discontinued Hot and Spicy flavour.
You can get close to it if you take a gourmet spicy packet and not put the seasoning in the pot but in your bowl so it's highly concentrated and it gets close to the hot and spicy flavour.

Chinese instant noodles are far better than Japanese ones or Korean ones. They have lots of sachets with condiments and sauces. They have far more flavour. Indonesian/Malaysian ones are good too. In fact they're all pretty good EXCEPT Korean and Japanese ones, which is weird because you'd expect especially Japan to make good ones.
