Yeah it's on backorder until the middle of next month.

I do not understand how people can't make a Béchamel Sauce, melt some cheese in it, cook some pasta, and put it all together.

It takes me all of 10-15 minutes to do.

Buying in bulk like that seems great at first, but then you grow to resent the enormous tub of already opened food / condiment because you know it's just going to sit there and get worse in quality and you probably won't even use it much between the quality drop and getting tired of eating the same thing. At least that was my experience with buying a gallon of ranch dressing. I ended up throwing it out just so I wouldn't have to keep looking at it in the refrigerator.

>bechemel

>Béchamel sauce (/ˌbeJʃəˈmɛl/;[1] French: [beʃamɛl]), also known as white sauce, is made from a white roux (butter and flour) and milk. It has been considered, since the seventeenth century,[2][3] one of the mother sauces of French cuisine.[4] It is used as the base for other sauces (such as Mornay sauce, which is Béchamel with cheese).[5]

Yup definitely a mee mee,
