I rarely go to McDonald's, my mom worked at a hospital so when hepatitis breaks out (we're in Kentucky so that's every month or so) she always traced it back to either the local KFC or McDonald's, the only place we'd eat out at when we did were Italian or Asian places.
When I do go though I either get a Big Mac with large fries or a double quarter pounder with medium fries. The only pops I like are Mountain Dew and select ginger ales, so I just get my drinks at home.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

How fat are all of you? You realize that just a big mac with medium fries and a soda is already >1000 kcal. Who the fuck eats 1500 to 2000 calories worth of stuff from mcdonalds in one sitting? I eat a big mac and medium fries with unsweetened iced tea and that gets me really full.

20 chicken nuggets and 3 mcdoubles, no fry no drink. This used to cost me a neat 8 or 9 dollars total but they jacked the prices up first on the mcdoubles last year with the invention of the debacle that is the 3 dollar "bacon mcdouble", and the last straw they removed the 20 nuggets for 5 dollars(unless there happens to be a deal)
