What's the best way to cook offal? I've tried liver and didn't enjoy the taste at all (raised on mostly vegetarian diet/pajeet). I'm not sure if I'll ever really acquire the taste but I want those dank ass nutrients. Is there another kind of offal with a weaker taste I should start off on?
