Been on Stella the last couple days, ended up at M&S today and treated myself to some fancier beers. After these I'll crack into some vodka or the bottle of Aberlour my sister's bf got me for Christmas.

My new years resolution was to drink less, or at least not drink alone. I went on a two day bender with a friend where his face started bleeding, that was fun. Been drinking alone to the point of near incoherence the yesterday and the day before and I likely will tonight.

McEwan's export is the best beer, I wish my local shops didn't sell it at £1.59 a can. I fear for my liver but sobriety drives me mad.

well coming from an alcoholic i know this is just not as easy as typing it is but in your position limit your drinking as much as possible preferably to early morning and night, drink plenty of water and keep track of any free water sources, you want to try and pick up work as quickly as possible inner city is quite difficult i managed to get warehouse work when i was homeless and lived nearby took water bottle or dry showers before work. BIGGEST TIP always keep a toothbrush and tooth paste on you. nobody reputable trusts a man with bad teeth
