Was regular at a really good sushi restaurant near my house since they opened. The owner was the sushi chef. I ordered it to try it because I had eaten every dish in the place. Made a face when I was eating it, but tried to be respectful. The owner starts laughing because he knew I didn't like it. Proceeds to tell me that he can't stand it either and typically only the elderly asians come in and eat it because of their tastebuds....or pretentious douche bags that think salt water is a good taste and pick out hints of farts from wine.

Yeah I'm not a fan either.
I was born in a port town, and all kinds of local seafood have been a staple in my diet since birth (despite my city being the most polluted city of Europe at some point).
But urchin I could never quite grow to like.
I'm not disgusted by it, it just doesn't taste that good to me.


Now, to answer the OP question:
Salmon Gunkan.
The piled up chunks have such a nice texture, when compared to a single nigiri.

Chuutoro is pleasantly sweet, softer than ordinary toro, and has a reasonable price that matches the improved tuna taste.
Ootoro is a meme and tastes slimy and disgusting, in my humble opinion. I will forever be mystified by how they manage to make people pay four-five times as much for what is essentially the parts you'd throw away in a steak, but fish.
