Wtf? I've never had those marks for years and now, they suddenly appear out of nowhere and I can't remove them ? I think that it's the Yerba Mate but why I can't remove those now? Should I go to the dentist so that he removes it professionally ?

Let's make this thread a source of advice on how to prevent/reduce teeth stains from various techniques habits and natural products so that you won't have to go to the dentist, or only once in a decade, so that you can still drink your Wine-Coffee-Tea while having stainless teeth.

I personally still can get white teeths with just brushing and coconut oil, except from some part where there are those brown/yellow strains on specific parts. It's recent, never had this problem before.

Doesn't have to be from tooth paste. It could be from the water you drink, if it has a natural source of fluoride.

I live in Europe, we don't have added industrial fluoride in the water from the wheel. As for natural fluoride, it will surprise me since those stains started to appear just a 3 weeks before. I'll go to the dentist I think.

KEK. All beverages are bad if you drink it too hot, you'll get throat cancer like japs. But just let get colder normally you brainlet.

They put iodine in salt in USA, and fluoride in European salt. They put fluoride in the water in the USA. The amount of iodine they put in US salt is not sufficient for most persons/diets, and allows for fluoride to have greater competition in areas of the body where it can accumulate.

I'm OP, I tried baking soda again.
But this time, I borrowed an electric circular teethbrush (I've never used one of those, I only brush with manual toothbrush). And I brushed 3-4 minutes with baking soda.
It definetly cleaned a lot of the stains I had, not all of them but it cleaned a lot of it. Maybe I just needed more horse power?
It doesn't explain why the stains only appear now after years of drinking yerba maté but anyway.
I'll brush my teeth with electrical toothbrush with baking soda once every week, since baking soda can ruin your teeth permanently if you use it daily.

Like I said, I will use it once a week only, not more. But I more worried about the fact the fact that electrical brushes to be bad for the teeth and the enamel compared to manual toothbrushes ?
