i’ve tried to move away from using frozen and premade foods.

i’ve tries twice to make pasta. but it just doesn’t seem to come out right. whenever i put it in my pasta roller it doesn’t catch so i have to use my rolling pin.

Well, I made smokehouse Mac and cheese with cavatappi, butter, 6 oz sharp white cheddar 2 oz Muenster, 1 tsp sodium citrate, a cup of water for thinning and slow melting, 3/4 Tbs McCormick mesquite seasoning, 1/4 tsp mesquite powder, 1/8 tsp hickory(could go w/o) crumbled bacon on top, smashed corn tortilla chips+a few restaurant seasoned croutons and more Meme seasoning.
I smashed that dish man. I’m not a fatty. It’s good.
