Most carrot cakes don't really have that much carrot, and it's full of sugar, fat, and nuts too. Some people think carrot cake was originally invented since carrots are sweet and would've been cheaper a long time ago than refined sugar, so if you made a cake that was sweetened with mostly carrots with only enough batter to hold it together, you probably wouldn't like that.

Carrot cakes are absolutely fucking delicious. Actually one of the best cakes IMO. Fuck all these fluffy sugar bread cakes, carrot cakes have substance. They are not bland and not dry at all, they are actually very moist because of all the water in the carrots.

Also Indians and non-whites in general are horrible at making sweets and desserts. I have tried the various desserts non-whites have to offer and its absolutely horrible. Tried pakistani ice cream once and it tasted like frozen soap water. I haven't tasted your indian carrot dessert, but from my experience its probably going to be really dissapointing.

Non-whites have plenty of good savory dishes, but you suck at anything sweet.
