So rather than bake the potato whole, slice it and it will cook in 20 minutes rather than 40? Hmmmmm

Or, you know, if you want a baked potato and not roasted potatoes you can just throw in your broccoli 20 minutes before the potato is done. Why did I even need to type this out?

Do you bake potatoes and broccoli at the same temperature though? Will that really work?

Yes.

What about butter, should I put that on the broccoli as I put it in, halfway through, a third through, after it's done?

>> No.11696181

>>11696171
Nah, coat it lightly in your oil of choice and toss with whatever seasonings you want. If you want butter add it towards the end so it doesn't brown.

I'd rap the broccoli in foil with some butter and lemon juice , salt and pepper.

About 20 minutes should do the trick.

Eat them raw but chew extra fast so your mouth can generate enough heat before you swallow the potatoes and broccoli.

Next time slice the potatoes thinly like
potato chips but a little thicker drizzle with a generous amount of oil sprinkle rosemary and white pepper over them, bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until just golden brown. For the broccoli get a pot of decently salted water to a rolling boil. Get a pan with some oil (very little bit of oil barely enough to coat the pan bottom) screaming hot. Drop the broccoli in the boiling water for 40 seconds. Drain them really well (shake them alot here to get rid of excess water or you can hurt yourself) kill the heat on the pan and drop the broccoli in the pan if it's dripping water still here it's going to shoot hot oil at you so be careful. It might pop a bit and sizzle but nothing bad, salt and pepper a little garlic and toss the broccoli around on the pan.
