do you mix your pasta types?

im beginning to think you have to be either italian or autisic to notice the difference.

Different pasta shapes are supposed to be for different sauces.
That being said, I mix a few sometimes when there's a few packets 1/4 full

I am italian and a couple times I mixed some penne/rigatoni from different packets which had too few to make a meal. They had the same cooking time but still felt wrong.
I guess the only time it works is in baked pasta, since everything is so overcooked.

different kinds of pasta have different cooking times, and different "sauce reaining characteristics"
so ofc if you overcook pasta and smear the resulting mush with ketchup it will make no difference, BUT if you are doing a proper pasta dish you should use the same kind of pasta.

You retarded niggers, you don't even need to boil water to cook pasta; what the fuck is wrong with you that you are fucking this up? For fuck's sake, I make a pasta by just filling the pot and adding water until it there is no exposed pasta, and it is perfect every time.
