Is it normal for duck, especially barbary duck, to smell strongly of eggwhite or has it gone off?
I have two barbary duck legs here and the stench is pretty strong.

At a supermarket for our christmas dinner.
Grandma meant that a whole duck is not enough for 4 people so we bought two legs extra, but it turned out that a whole, 2.8kg duck was enough and the legs didn't fit into her oven.
Picked them up on the 22nd, vacuum sealed, consume by date was today.

Usually 5 days is max I'd go. But if it was vacuum sealed, you might be OK.

If it's not slimy or smells like shit then you should be fine. Usually when more gamey meats go bad, they really go bad.

Rinse them under cool water for a while and then smell them again. Are they sticky/tacky or with a layer of slime or white residue? Then they're bad. It's normal for good fresh meat to smell a little protein-y and sulfur-y like egg because it's dead animal, but you'd know by the smell if it was totally inedible.
