What belongs on a BBQ platter?

Inversely, what often appears on one, but never should be on a platter?

Agreed. I'm normally a huge bread snob and am among the first to talk shit about wonderbread (let's be clear: it honestly is shit). But while it fucking sucks for most things like making toast, sandwiches, etc....it's a perfect BBQ side.

It's kind of similar to how Kraft singles and the like are a fucking affront to cheese in general, but they are perfect for a cheeseburger.
