Here in Germany, we celebrate Christmas on the 24th.

We'll have a ham with an apricot honey glaze
roasted brussel sprouts
potato gratin
mashed sweet potatos
caramelized carrots
some other sides I forgot

I'm not a christfag (fuck jesus lol), but people who don't eat good on christmas day are subhumans

Same in Sweden. Tonight we'll be starting with crackers and cheese, cured meats etc. Then ham coated with mustard and breadcrumbs, potato gratin, garlic fried asparagus. Individual caramel flans for dessert.
