Cinnamon/raisin bagel, toasted, slathered in cream cheese with some pour over coffee. Alternatively oatmeal with a dice banana, some milk, and flax seeds mixed in. I'm going to switch back to eating a costco muffin for breakfast though. My digestion has been shit but when I ate a poppy seed muffin every morning by the time dinner came around I'd be famished and actually have a proper appetite.
