I dunno about "fantastic" but one snack I've liked since I was a kid was peanut butter and American cheese. If I'm hungry and don't wanna make a real meal I'll slap them together. The combination just works, even though I openly admit that it sounds foul.

Cheese and chocolate. Whether it be melted cheddar and milk chocolate on a crepe or just philly and nutella on toast, the sweet and savory complement one another surprisnly well.
