he's tolerable most of the time. He likes good ingredients fresh from a garden, finishes things with a nice amount of citrus, herbs which are right most of the time (for a Brit). He's a little heavy handed with the EVOO kind of like Mario Batali, drizzles the shit out of everything. Ramsay? I can't tolerate his angry demeanor, drug-addled bouncing around, and too fast style of home cooking, and bad techniques and ideas about ethnic or american foods. He just gets it all wrong, and it's obvious he's churning out content and cooking said items the very first time ever. He doesn't get the concept of complementary sides/mains nor the 4 food groups, and there are some unbalanced spreads and pairings that are cringeworthy. Ramsay's character is deplorable, from crass language to comments about others. His travel series was bad.
