Peperoncini is an Italian word, so it's pronounced pepper-on-chee-knee with a stress on 'chee', as in peperoncìni, and also the p should be light like in 'pepe', not double like in 'pepper', same with pepperoni (peperòni), which are actually bell peppers and not salami

How do I develop self control? Whenever I buy supplies in the market I eat everything that is remotely tasty in the same day I brought them home, two days tops. All chocolates, potato chips, cakes, gone in one single day.
I'm not a fat fuck because, knowing my lack of self control, I severely limit the amount of food I buy with each go to the super market

Write down what you plan to eat for the day...

Anytime you are hungry, eat first what is on your meal plan. Also, have healthy snack replacements for the typical junk food you have, or at least preference the junk food that is low calorie. Make sure you are drinking enough water so that you aren't fooled into thinking you're hungry when you're not.

Only allow yourself to eat your high calorie, can't-eat-just-one junk food after you've eaten the meals and healthy snacks you planned. When you do eat it, try to keep the proportions low, and having eaten already, you won't be as tempted to gorge.

only way i've found to truly avoid doing this is to not buy the tasty shit at the supermarket. just don't have it in your house or you won't be able to resist then you'll eat it all and feel like shit. if you only have healthy shit in your house, it's much more likely you'll eat healthier because most binge snacking is opportunistic. you can always get something junky while you're on the go or whatever but i find it easiest to avoid the self control issue by not having tasty, tasty shit i will smash all at once on my shopping list or in the pantry.
