Read a recipe retard. It's the japanese way of making omelette, so just look that up. It's probably egg, a splash of sake or mirin (or both), salt, pepper, maybe a few other additives, and then cooking it on low or medium-low until it firms up in the pan (probably a nonstick with butter or oil used as well) until you fold it up into a roll and repeat the process untill you run out of egg.

That looks like tamagoyaki.
You gotta slowly add the egg to the pan and fold and fold. It's very time consuming.

This is tamagoyaki as others have said. You need a special square pan to make it and a good set of cooking chopsticks. Be warned this is one of, if not the hardest omelet type to make.

Step 1: add egg and other ingredients to your vitamix
Step 3: blend on highest setting for a full minute
Step 4: draw a full vacuum on egg mixture in a large square container in your chamber vacuum sealer
Step 5: cook sous vide at 80C for one hour

use chop sticks to whisk. You don't want air in it.

You're really asking this about a culture which invented an art on folding paper?
