most lunches are turkey or tuna sandwhiches

for breakfast it's either eggs Benedict, for lunch I'd say it's a herb roasted chicken, as a side to dinner it's probably a stuffed potato stuffed with sour cream, chives, smoked paprika and crispy bacon with cheddar cheese on top, what I cook for dinner for the week depends on what I'm in the mood for but a reverse seared steak is always good.

I usually meal prep 3-4 days worth of food at a time so this is what I usually would prep. I'm a skinnyfag trying to gain weight.

I make a "sushi rice bowl" at least once a week. It's just sushi rice, orange chicken, carrots and leeks sliced diagonally and sauteed in sesame oil, cucumber slices marinated in rice vinegar, and then nooch, hemp heart seeds, and soy sauce on top. My mom absolutely loves it

Morning is a halo orange with hot chocolate, lunch is a huge sliced apple with slices of salami and cheese, snack is two blocks of chocolate caloriemate, and dinner is Japanese chicken curry and brown rice, or homemade spaghetti bolognese. Been like this for two months now.

Fried rice with whatever bits of meat and veg I have on hand is kinda my go-to quick dinner. I do chicken paprikash, thai curries, chilli, carbonara and stroganoff pretty often too.

Breakfast is always Bob's red mill muesli with peanut butter powder, grated 100% cacao and frozen raspberries crumbled up with hot water. Sometimes heated almond or soy milk with butter.

I'm living off a crapton of potatoes and kale from the garden which usually becomes soup of sorts. This time of year I've got tons of venison that people are trying to get rid of, but its so damn lean that I have to cut it with pork to produce anything worthwhile. Curry lentils -> ham hock -> rice = 35% of my calories. Mom is always bringing by a quiche, as if I'm not queer enough, so I gotta eat that shit.

For breakfast every morning for the last 3 years I've eaten either a 3 egg omlette with 4 strips of bacon crumbled inside. Or 2 fried eggs with 4 strips of bacon and toast. Or a breakfast sandwich with cheese, bacon and an extra egg on the side.

Since I started working full time, I have typically been doing at least one big batch of food every Sunday that will cover 5 meals during the week - either lunch or dinner. Typically this is some kind of chili or goulash, but also have done things like braised meat + veggies, or stir fry.

I usually don't eat breakfast. When I was bulking I ate a 6-egg omelet every morning, but that was years ago and I basically have never really wanted to eat eggs since then.

I only eat once a day, usually eggs and sausage, or an egg, swiss, Turkey sandwich.

Basically just eggs, meat, cheese, with some other form of carbs (bread, pasta) thrown in.

I drink vegetable/fruit juice and a glass of milk everyday too.

Oh, and this at the end of the day, like an before I go to bed. You put off replacing your calories until you're done burning calories for the day, and your body digests the food and replenishes itself while you sleep.

Curry flavored mixed veggies

Either purple sweet potato or butternut squash
Onion
2 red bell peppers
Brocolli
Spinach
Mushrooms

Mix that shit together in a casserole dish. Then I put cumin, coriander, cilantro, onion powder, turmeric, garlic powder, ginger, fenugreek, cinnamon, clove, pepper, mustard powder, and cayenne on it.

Then I put olive oil and just a bit of local honey on it.

Bake at 350F for 50 minutes and stir twice

I also eat an egg sandwitch every day.

Every meal is bread, soup/stew/other slop, or both! I bake bread usually once every 3 days, and make one pot of slop per week, enough for at least 10 meals (I'll usually make special/fresh meals on Saturday and Sunday because I'm off weekends).

Slop options (sloptions, if you will) include:
>Refried beans
>Stewed black beans
>Stewed red beans
>Stewed broad beans
>Red lentil soup
>"Beef stew" with brown lentils cooked in beef stock, usually no actual beef unless there's a good deal on it
>Marcella Hazan's tomato sauce recipe, with pasta or polenta
>Mac & Cheese
>Curry lentils
>Curry chickpeas
>Solyanka
>Borsch
>Ukha made with canned fish
>Shchi
>Potato & cheese soup
>Bean & mushroom chili

The bread is usually white ciabatta bread, but I also make tortillas, pupusas, arepas, I'll turn some stews into empanadas/pastels, etc. The weird mix of foods is because i'm slav and my wife is central american.
