Eggs kinda suck. I only eat them for nutrition. The exception being runny yolks combined with toast, butter and scrapple.

Depends. For sammys I like 1/2" or so cut, crispy outside, creamy mushy insides that blend well with egg yolk.

Typically it's sliced about 1/4", also good for sammys but a little less substance with a little more crisp but you can stack it and get more crisp with just as much meat.

Now for snacking purposes an absolute mad man slices it about 1/8" thin and eats it like meat peanut brittle with ketchup..
