My mom uses our coffee maker to brew tea and refuses to brew tea any other way. We had a decent coffee maker that she liked but it broke so now we're using a cheap Mr. Coffee. What coffee maker (that is good at brewing tea or has a tea setting) would be best to get her for Christmas?

It's gotta have a large capacity and not be white (because her other appliances are black/steel).

She didn't buy the mr coffee, I had it from a while ago and it became the replacement.
She told me she wants a new one and I'm sure it's mainly because she hates the looks, otherwise it works decent.

Get her a water boiler. It keeps water near boiling or a couple other presets and all you have to do is press a button. You can use it to make coffee too via a pour over cone or a press.

Cuisinart Grind & Brew is bretty good if you don't mind the maintenance. It's great to have it set to grind and brew coffee at the same time my morning alarm goes off. Total motivator.
