Chicken karaage and rice. Never made karaage before, but it seems easy enough.

Just some chicken stew. Throw some onions onto the oil, follow up with a chopped breast, throw in some mixed veg, cover with stock, cook some potatoes in it, S&P and a dash of paprika. Nothin' fancy, plus I'll have some left for tomorrow.

I might make it a little thicker and put it over pasta if the mood strikes me.

Soup with ground beef, a tomato & beef broth, and some veggies. It's pretty good, would go great with some rice or pasta.

Not an option I don't have all the ingredients. I have a very limited selection right now I have eggs, rice, cheese, a pepper, carrot and broccoli, and some miscellaneous stuff. No flour right now. Only fucking white bread.

A fucking kilo of ground beef in one dish? I'd probably split that when it softens a bit and refreeze it for later, but that's just me.

That said, you could just do a fry-up. Cook the rice, throw meat, veg and a few eggs onto the oil, insert soy sauce if available, combine onto rice.

I figured it would be best to cook it all since I didn't want to refreeze it, but won't put it all in one dish.

You got a panini press? You could make some decent-ass with nothing but spiced meat with a bit of onion in it. You can make a side with the vegetables, too.

I just found some tortillas in a cupboard. Would it be heretical to make beef quesadillas in the bread press?

I pan seared two ribeyes in angus seasoning, tellicherry black pepper and kosher salt. For sauce, 1/2 a shallot cooked in 5 tbs butter melted and strained back out. Asparagus and a commercially seasoned baby potato mix that I did not like. Dried herbs are yuck.
