I don't know how it is in other countries, but this is par for the course as far as American fast food places go. I literally cannot remember the last time I got fast food and it was (1) prepared properly with the right ingredients, (2) hot or at least very warm, (3) in the quantities that were paid for, and (4) prepared rapidly and packaged efficiently.

Eurofag here. I get all 4, plus people are usually nice, give out freebies, or give me a discount. Doesn't matter if it's my shawarma guy, the fish man at the market, my Baker, my butcher.. Being a nice, loyal customer is rewarded even in the shitty kebab houses or fast food shacks.

Stop going to them and make complaints. Had a problem like that with a fast food restaurant near me, and eventually stopped going after getting a spoiled burger. Made a complaint but still didn't go back for a couple years, then when I tried again they had completely renovated the place and everything is always perfect now.
