I like coarse ground pepper.
I don't want to buy these(pic related) disposable ones anymore.
Is there like a meme grinder.
One that lasts for a long time and does not break the bank
/g/ has it's meme products.
Does /ck/?

Here's mine. You could say it lasts a while I turned it up when I was discing a field, have no idea how long ago the injuns left it. But anyways any mortar and pestle will be your most durable deal I think. Also cheap, rudimentary to use etc.

Buy one of these. 3 grind settings (fine, medium, coarse). It's meant to be disposable but you can just pop the top off and refill with whatever peppercorn you like.

i had to buy myself a glass+steel proper one but filling it up is far more expensive than buying the same amount in those cheap plastic grinders, so now i buy those and screw the top off

Literally scouring the internet trying to find the type of peppercorn I bought. It was a drunk-buy from awhile ago, still have a pepper-grinder full of it. It's not a regular peppercorn.
Closest thing I found was image related. Site says it's "Pohnpei (formerly Ponape)", but mine has little stems coming from the 'berries'. Small and brown.
Not at my place right now until Monday -damn. I know I tried to buy some ultra rare classy shit in my hazed drunk state, but now I'm not sure what I have. This looks similair though.
I don't think it's tellicherry because it's too brown in color and small "stemmy" berries. It just tastes like a super strong black pepper. Much more robust that what I've ever bought.

Go for the gusto and by a spice you don't normally use and make a dish around that. Same with an ingredient. buy some foreign thing and make it happen. Unless you like a boring life, idk.

christmas is big in one side of my family, my grandfather was a butchers son, and he has I shit you not 53 (half) siblings so they had a huge fest every year, when he moved from america to here he kept the tradition of preparing a bunch of expensive meats and poultry, the prize is the turkey

Some people say they dont like turkey because 'its dry chicken' but those people have literally never had a good turkey prepared for them because its supposed to be flavorful and not dry, when your turkey is in the oven you need to scoop up the gravy every 10-15 minutes to make sure it doesnt dry
