So I get my food stamps in the morning, $200 worth.

Can /ck/ help me with a low-carb shopping list?

Don't fall for the meme that low carb means no veggies.
>leafy greens like spinach, kale, mustard greens, cabbages, endive, radicchio, whatever you like
>berries especially raspberries, blackberries and blueberries
>brussels sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower (especially versatile), some peppers, carrots, etc
>avoid bananas, potatoes, sweet potatoes

Fats/Protein
>olive oil
>coconut oil (for low carb sweet tooth items)
>butter
>avocados
>nuts
>eggs
>red and white meat
>canned and fresh fish
>sour cream
>natural mayonnaise
>cheese
etc etc

Half of every meal (or more) should be vegetables, some protein and cook everything with good oils, supplement as necessary and find your preferred low carb sweetener if you like dessert.

imagine being this out of touch. 200$ is nowhere near enough to buy even half of that shit in sufficient quantities to last a month.

Yeah, my story is just like the filipina chick on the site. Red meat solved all my issues.
