Mushrooms were fresh but marsala was pretty light

I gotta be honest, it's hard to tell what's even on your plate aside from mushrooms and chicken but I blame that on the photo lighting.

That's what I'd do. I'd also slightly undercook my noodles by a minute or two and finish them in the doubled sauce. Yum.
