Put too much on a plate and some pieces of carrots slipped off.

Need more BBQ sauce on that chicken, also need the skin

>> No.11573620

>>11573579
And how the fuck do I taste it? It doesn't look too appealing visually, that's what I said, I can only assume that boiled\steamed veggies will taste bland and chicken will taste like BBQ sauce, but I hope it will actually taste good for your sake, OP.

Of course!

Thanks bud, it tasted great

Trying to reduce my saucery, but that's a sriracha/sweet baby ray's mixture over a very small amount of salt and pepper

Honestly, I would not eat that. I might pick at the chicken a little, but the veggies look horrifying.

Is that two different proteins and starches? You madman. 6/10

Here's mine, forgot to take a picture of my plate but this is the finished pot. It's orzo with tomato, shrimp, and marinated feta.

I love veggies. I just find dry, prepackaged frozen mixes with no butter or seasoning to be revolting.

Did a slight drizzle of hot sauce (Tapatio) after the pic in OP was taken, and there is a thin slice of butter mixed in to the veg

What FUCKING seeeds are those all over the shit? Is that fennel

>> No.11574302

>>11574013
Yeah, toasted fennel seeds on the marinated feta. The recipe called for them to be "lightly crushed" so I went at them for a bit in a mortal and pestile, but next time I make it I'll probably give them more of a grind. Really good otherwise. It's a Yotam Ottolenghi recipe.

yeah that's bachelor chow. did you want to elicit feelings of depression, loneliness, and inadequacy?

I bought that fucking le creuset pan for an ex and she dumped me 3 days later. It was a long enough relationship to buy expensive gifts too.

Fuckin' triggered every time I see one now.
How do you like it? I never got to use it; that dumb bitch.

>> No.11574353

I love it. I got it back in the spring and I use it for everything now. It's great for dishes like this while searing a steak just as well as my cast iron and it cleans so easily.
