Sauce is very good. It's best to have the pickles and onions left out going forward if you didn't do that already, they add nothing. Meat itself is chewable. Not the softest meat you'll ever try but still really easy to eat even if you're elderly and have fucked up teeth or intestinal problems that preclude tougher / higher residue meats.
