agreed. oats are a great way, or if one chooses to eat meat and animal derived products, at least just one of the 3 from the biscuit, egg, or sausage. all three is a bit over the top. But then again i mean sometimes breakfast is to be enjoyed. so whatever makes you happy, just be aware of the things you eat and the impact it has on your body, and also your emotional wellbeing.
