I love this guy, he's a really old school stoic Japanese dude. I've actually eaten at his old place NoVe, it was a few blocks from my apartment. It was not very good, very American sushi with shit like "volcano dragon rolls", his omakase was on point though. So I'm convinced he actually knows shit but he's had shitty employment.

He's got a hot latina gf and he's moving up on the world, getting on the F word and making bank doing private catering. I wish him the best.
