1. Go to your health store
2. Get high quality, unprocessed salt (celtic sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
3. Get the herbal blend Triphala
4. In the evening before your day off take 1000mg Triphala (1tsp)
5. The next day, on a day off, get 8oz of warm water and 8 oz of normal water. Mix 2 tbsps of the salt into the warm water and drink both glasses over 30 min.
