Literally nothing, no cutting board, knives, bowls, or anything else? Better run over to Macy's or Marshalls for some black friday shopping. Grab what you want, spend $30 tops. Since you said you cook, then pull your 3 course idea out of your brain, and buy what you need to make that. If you go with the thai idea, maybe you'd enjoy an electric wok appliance, steam-in-bag brown rice, and just some cold sides for that, marinated cucumbers or tiger's tear salad or some larb. Your large pan can do for some thai donuts, or pick up something from a bakery to go with some coffee.
