Im trying my hand at brining a turkey for thanksgiving giving tommorow(20 pound turkey in what id guess is 3 to 4 gallons of brine) im new to brining and believe I may have made a mistake.so I added 1 cup of salt then misread and added 1 cup of sugar I then realized my mistake and added another half cup of salt but panicked and thought I added too much and removed 2 cups of liquid.The reason I didnt just start again is because im already off schedule plus id already added all my vegetable broth and spices.Basically I just want to know if I ruined my brine.

Just be careful, all the sugar it might burn. if it starts getting too dark cover with foil or something.
