every day for breakfast, I usually hardboil a dozen at a time, sometimes more, and have them with hot sauce as I find the flavor and texture of a fridge-cold hardboiled to be horrific (but god help you if you have a fridge-cold softboiled). I also often enjoy a helping of rice for bfast, god bless sticky rice.

I have 4 eggs daily for breakfast, mostly scrambled but sometimes fried.
Served with Brie cheese, Kalamata olives , avocado and a spoon of sauerkraut.
A nice Nescafe cup of coffee to wash it all down afterwards.
