Pretty sure that not everything is absorbed equally efficiently. Your body isn't a fucking furnace that efficiently pulls out all the calories from whatever you eat. Most importantly tho, if you eat a solid breakfast with "slow" carbs, you will feel like snacking less for longer.

My breakfast today was bulletproof coffee PLUS whole fat yoghurt with nuts, oats, dried cranberries and crushed flax seeds. It was pretty late so you might as well consider it breakfast + lunch, but I would probably not give a shit about just doing this every day as long as I don't gain weight too much. I can gain 20 pounds and still be within the normal weight range anyway. Would prefer a max 5-8 pound gain tho, from muscle hopefully.
