I prefer bone-in personally because the satisfaction of chewing a saucy, messy chunk of meat off a bone is more valuable to me than the sliver of extra meat. My good friend insisted last week that the meat to sauce ratio on boneless was better in his opinion, which is fair for many varieties.
What do you prefer and why?

For me, the appeal of a chicken wing is that it has the perfect texture of bone-in chicken while also being a fun and bite-sized food that can carry a lot of sauce, breading etc. on every bite. A boneless wing will still be good but, never have that A+ combination
