Never had fiori di zucca pasta (I have had the flower heads f courgette, and they are great), I'm talking about using one of those spiralize gadgets to make spaghetti out of raw courgettes. Sorry, ZUCCHINI! Then the zucchini is fried gently in oil and/or butter with lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper. It's great.
