Who here works in a restaurant? I've been in food service since I was 12. Since then I've worked as a dishwasher, prep cook, line cook, server, and more recently, general manager. Also, a culinary degree is a waste of time and money,

right?

I side gig as a bartender... it is sort of like working in the food services, but for presentable people that do not do nigger work.

I have actual degrees for other stuff.

Do you actually need to memorize a bunch of cocktail recipes as a bartender? I have never seen anyone order anything beyond a super sugary house margarita or just liquor with tonic/soda/ice.

not at all. If you do not know something someone has ordered, just ask the customer how they take it. Give them exactly what they ask for, and thank them for the info. They tip you for it too.

>Thinks dealing with drunks isn't nigger work
It makes no difference if it's a dive or a high-end club, dealing with drunks sucks.

I said I was a bartender, not a bouncer. Whoever taught you to read and write has no excuse for pride.

I work the graveyard shift at denny's. it sucks, but the food is good.

>Thinks all bars have bouncers
You sound more like a bar-back, which makes sense now.

you sound like a presumptuous bitch that cannot read. I said BARTENDER.

How is that NOT working with drunks?

He's a bar-back, the dishwasher of the bar. Helps pour drinks when extremely busy, otherwise sticks to stocking and cleaning glasses.
