Any experts here in making toast sandwich?

what i like doing is to use a rough wholemeal toast, and make it on a higher setting so its more charred, then sandwiching it between 2 slices of soft white bread for that texture contrast. And on days that I want more flavour i have a small spritz bottle filled with vinegar that i spray the toast with

what are your tips and tricks?
