I refuse to give OP one of the (You)s he so desperately desires. But I did have to post in his thread to call out his bait.

Anyway pic related is the opposite of what I consider bad. Imagine a big american breakfast but with water instead of any of the delicious things you'd expect - coffee, milk or juice. I'm not so much a juice guy for meals but there's enough people out there its gotta be loved by someone. You finish your comfy pancakes, eggs and bacon and you drink.. water. I like water. But it just doesn't go with breakfast. Only to prepare oatmeal, tea or coffee.

You may as well have soda with a salad- kale, tomato, maybe some beets, nuts, goatcheese and honey. Do you want to be healthy or not? Fuck I'm craving a salad now.
