How do I mentally train to make water more appealing? Last night, I dreamed of being a parched patron at a movie theater, seeking out a mystical ancient tree seed that contained clean water within. Now I am drinking water, and it's a bit hard to take.

>stop drinking soda
I do not like soda at all because it tastes of chemicals, I prefer beers, iced teas, fruit punches and lemonades.

I do drink much water, but it feels more like work. I'm looking for ways to learn to appreciate the taste of it.

How can any person become this way? It is completely unfathomable to me that any person can let themselves become so obsessed with instant sugar gratification that they can't even stomach something that has no fucking taste.
How does this happen? How do people let themselves behave in such a way? Holy shit I can not wrap my mind around it.

Add lemon, there's probably zero cal. flavors for bottled water.

Hawaiian punch light has like, 2 grams of sugar per 8 oz, about 1/20th what a can of pepsi has.

I will never understand people who don't /water/ because it's delicious and the single most refreshing thing to drink after any kind of exercise.

In my autism though I don't like chilled water. For some reason when it's cold as in straight out of the fridge it doesn't feel refreshing to me.

That's legitimately equivalent to saying "air sucks."
You can't live without water. The only reason you haven't died is because the shit you drink is made with some water, but you will inevitably have complications as a result of not drinking enough water. Liver failure, kidney failure, kidney and bladder stones, and gall stones are the most obvious ones, but you can also damage your eyes and brain, which are almost entirely water; you can weaken your joints and skin; and I know all the sugar isn't doing your teeth or fat gut any favors.
