I used a "pick your own ingredients" sort of recipe for oatmeal cookies.

Among the options, I replaced half the butter with peanut butter, used chocolate chips rather than raisins, and use all-spice rather than cinnamon or whatever the normal ingredient would be.

The result was essentially a 3-way combination of oatmeal, peanut butter, and chocolate chip cookes, with the all-spice giving it an extra unique something.
They were very popular.
