cook them until they're at temp, which is 155 F for pork. Poke your thermometer into the thickest part of the biggest rib to get an accurate read. If you don't have a thermometer then just kill yourself, or just cook it on low for about seven or eight hours.

You shouldn't have put the BBQ sauce in with them raw.
The BBQ sauce will burn and separate into sugary solids and burnt oils. Also, if the ribs are not covered by some kind of liquid - NOT BBQ sauce - then the exposed parts of the ribs will become extremely dry and tough.

You fucked it OP. Toss the entire thing and go back to the grocery store to start again. Ask questions before acting, not vice versa. Use your fucking head Simple Simon

I'd check the temperature or something around 6 hours. Don't let the other anons bother you, give it a shot and see how it turns out. Although they're probably right on the BBQ sauce thing but who cares, i'm sure they will still be alright.

It's longer than it needs and the ribs will be, as your boomber dad probably says, "fall off the bone tender".
Won't ruin them, though.

Ive made ribs and pulled pork in a crockpot before. You should add about 1/2 a can of coke and a chopped onion in. Crockpots work better when there's more liquid in them. 6+ hour should be good, they'll only get more tender from there. Don't cook them more then 10hours id say tho.
