Family friend who works with railways in northern Europe has some experience. Moose, deer and boar often gets the trains stuck and they need to chop up the carcasses in order to get the train moving. In a professional setting and outside the third world (read: not the US or Africa) it's mandatory that you are using certain kinds of biodegradable lubricants for the chain, since the lubricant (by design) ends up in the cut wood and the sawdust and thus in the environment. You don't want non-biodegradable waste oil spread all over your forrest.
However, biodegradable still must not necessarily mean edible, so yeah, there's that, plus, what salt-maem is using is some off-brand crap, and who knows what the chinese manufacturer put into the saw, so yes, I would not eat that piece of meat (and that is besides the whole overpaying and stupid meme issue).

A lot of folks do indeed use vegetable oil for their chainsaws. Sure, no (extra virgine) olive oil, but just some cheap cooking oil that comes in 5l jugs. And that is indeed edible and hence you can even use it for work in source protection areas, where any mineral oils cause issues.
In fact, I'd argue it works even better than special chainsaw oils and is cheaper to boot.
To sum it all up: Yes, you can use a chainsaw in your kitchen without poisinong yoourself on the oil, but it's doubtful that salt maem does so.

Concrete (within some limits and with the right chain) is no issue for a chainsaw, but soft stuff? It'll gunk up your shit and wreck your cut, no matter if it's fibrous or pasteous. I "tried" sawing into my protective equipment, grass and dirt and all of which just resulted in the saw getting gunked up, up to the point where I had to take it apart and clean it, to get it going again.
