Sausage

>1 large tomato
>Chili
>A lot of cumin
>a lot of turmeric
>pinch of sugar
>salt
>cinnamon
Simmer together for an hour until thickened

Salad of carrot and cucumber
Sauce;

>bit of garlic
>dab of mustard
>pinch of salt
