Because it doesn't actually feature any cooking and it doesn't really teach you anything. You watch reject muppet skits while a whimsical elvira knock-off with quite the horse face makes a very intricate decoration piece with next to no instructions to the viewer. It isn't suited for beginners since it doesn't teach anything, and it doesn't suit advanced bakers, since they already know how to do everything there. It does serve to give good halloween ideas to people that already can do them anyways, though.

1.) I can't tell who this is for. It's extremely childish but full of blatant adult humor. As a result, it's lame as fuck. This is a problem with a lot of Netflix originals, actually. (See: Bill Nye Saves the World)
2.) Skits tend to go on for way longer than they deserve and aren't that good to begin with.
3.) A lot of the stuff is what I like to call "Pinterest-approachable." Meaning it looks good when someone else - likely a professional - does it and it's photographed by professional photographers, but when you try it at home it comes out as irredeemable garbage.
