There's literally nothing wrong with dying in a war. It is better to live one day as a lion than 100 years as a sheep.

Hope to see you lads in Valhalla someday :^)

LOL America is paying petrodollar monopoly money in exchange for Chinese slave labour. China's getting the raw end of that deal.

Either way, I wasn't talking about money or economics to begin with. I'm referring to China's standing in the international realm of pure power. A lot of important people are beginning to see that the US and China face a Thucydides Trap scenario, and the American beast is finally awakening. At this rate, betting on China is a losing proposition. If it comes to war, China cannot defend itself. Even in the good times, China literally does not have the power projection capability to maintain its own national territorial integrity (Taiwan). Imagine how bad things will get when military comms and supply lines go down.

Your entire US infrastructure has already been hacked & has zero defenses.

If there was a war, all your redneck & nigger soldiers would be still sitting in their trailer homes when your financial grid, transportation grid, energy grid, and military communications would be shut down. You wouldn't even get the chance to launch a single plane or missile... just sitting in the dark, holding your dicks while you get bombed.

1) like you'd know when a "full on strike" is coming
2) It doesn't matter. Your military grid is so full of holes it still uses legacy equipment from 30 years ago.

If you were worried about the state of US military security systems you might not want to read the results of its latest audit.

A “red teamer” cracked into a US Department of Defense system and rebooted it, but nobody noticed: the system suffered unexplained crashes. In another case, testers “caused a pop-up message to appear on users’ terminals instructing them to insert two quarters to continue operating.”

That and a thousand other delicious details can be found in a report the Government Accountability Office (GAO) released October 9, “Weapon Systems Cybersecurity: DOD Just Beginning to Grapple with Scale of Vulnerabilities”.

The us doesn't need to do shit like this for China. One deep strike into 3 gorges dam and china is over. This is exactly why I've criticized the US in the past that their deep strike capability is directly responsible for the proliferation of nuclear arms in other countries.

Heroes are the best soldiers. Specifically older brothers who have had to (partially) raise their siblings. They develop a protective parental instinct that is easily transferred to their squad. In war, many soldiers who are otherwise exceptional marksmen tend to miss their target, because they don't really want to hit them. Not so these older brothers, these heroes; they have a family to protect.

>Your military grid is so full of holes it still uses legacy equipment from 30 years ago.
Read up on the wargame exercise called Millennium Challenge 2002. They made this huge exercise that cost a quarter of a billion dollars to show off their fancy new tech, using a retired Marine general in charge of Red Team as a pseudo-Iran. Instead of showing off the efficacy of their new tech, Blue Team got BTFO by Red's use of old school tactics like flashing light signals for communication, and motorcycle messengers, as well as low-tech naval tactics involving swarms of small boats. Their exposition went off the rails so hard they had to basically shut down the exercise, and they spent the rest of the time going through the motions with a script where Blue Team wins.

Long story short, still having old equipment lying around might be the saving grace of modern armies in a conventional war, because it'll probably be the only thing that works after the first couple of salvos.

WWIII will probably look a lot like WWII tech once it starts dragging on. F-35s and the like are for draining tax dollars into the military industrial complex and blowing up nobodies in the desert, they are NOT for symmetrical warfare.
