saute the carrots and onions
add some stock
throw in the mushrooms and potatoes
add all those spices until it tastes good
if you have some flour, I'd add a bit of that to thicken it up and turn it into a stew but optional otherwise
simmer for 20 minutes
add sprouts
wa la

after sauteing the carrots and onions a bit. They are aromatics, and it'll strengthen the flavor of your broth. The rest you "cook" in the broth until tender. Unless you mean chicken stock like cubes and shit, in which case add enough water to cover everything and then add the bouillon

np senpai, hope it turns out. You can always google soup guides if you're super ignorant, but it'll be alright either way.

You could probably also try making tomato soup, but I've never made it so that's on you
