>Trio Plant-based is a 100% plant-based restaurant in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Trio was founded in 2017 by co-founders and owners Sarah and Dan Woodcock, wife and husband, and Louis Hunter, their dear friend and business partner. Built upon a foundation of love and racial justice, we make and serve delicious plant-based comfort food. We source local, organic, and fairly traded ingredients as much as possible.

Why do vegans insist on imitating animal products? Vegan dishes are fine until they try to imitate non-vegan dishes. This menu seems like a hurriedly done menu assignment in a low end cooking school. Strawberry-lemon soda seems alright.

I would only eat the Lebanese bean salad, I guess, and only if you forced me...9 seems a little steep for marinated beans. It's so poorly described, no mention of an herb or spices to be found. WTF makes it lebanese then? It sure isn't citrus or kidney beans. Their other bean salad is made with mayo *hrm*

Without a doubt, this menu turns me off. I wouldn't eat there upon reading it.

That's another thing bothering me about this. They're charging for their fake food as if it were real. It's 1,000 times more expensive to maintain dairy cows for cheese than it is to harvest a patch of soybeans for cheeze, so why is a cheeze sandwich still 9 dollars?
